These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MozakAI mobile application (“MedVault”), operated by MozakAI (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using MozakAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purpose of MozakAI

MozakAI is designed to enable participants to input and extract medical data for personal purposes. MozakAI is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

MozakAI is intended for use by individuals over the age of 18. By using MozakAI, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Obligations

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using MozakAI.
• You are solely responsible for securing your device and access credentials.
• You may not use MozakAI in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• You agree not to:
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to access other users’ data
  • Reverse engineer or modify the app

5. Medical Disclaimer

MozakAI does not provide medical advice. The content and features are for informational purposes only and must not be relied upon for medical decisions. Always seek professional medical advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in MozakAI, including but not limited to software, graphics, design, and trademarks, belong to MozakAI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MozakAI solely in accordance with these Terms.

7. Data Handling and Processing

MozakAI uploads the data you provide to secure servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) for the sole purpose of extracting relevant values using a large language model (“LLM”). Once the extraction process is complete, the uploaded data is immediately and permanently deleted from the AWS servers. Extracted data is then stored locally on your device.

We do not use your uploaded data for training, analytics, or any purpose other than the described processing.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on AWS as a technical service provider. While we take reasonable steps to ensure compliance, we are not liable for issues arising from third-party service outages or breaches beyond our control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MozakAI if you breach these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
